Minimum size for group event pricing is 15 people. Any reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
During the months of January, February, March, & April, all group events must be completed by 9 PM on Friday’s, and Saturday’s by 5 PM.
Group reservations must be paid as group, cannot be paid individually.

Pricing does not include sales tax. Sales tax will be added to all items purchased. We do not host any group events during Spring Break.
>Can I walk in with a group and receive group pricing?
No. All groups must be reserved with the Event Coordinator at least 72 hours in advance, and is based on availability.
>I have 10 people, does that qualify as a group?
No. Unfortunately all group packages require a minimum of 15 guests. We do offer specials for smaller groups that can be found on our website at www.thealleywichita.com.
>I only had 20 people show up out of a 30 person reservation. Why am I being charged for all 30?
The number of guests confirmed within 48 hours of your party is the number of guests that is charged for on the day of event. If any changes need to be made, those need to be made by calling The Alley Indoor Entertainment, 316-618-1000, at least 24 hours in advance.
>Can I use coupons for payment?
No. Discount coupons, special promotions, or any other special offers are not valid with event rates unless otherwise specified.
>Can we pay individually for our group?
No. Individual payments for group events will not be accepted, group payments only.
